Rainer Simon - Digital Humanities Software Development

Digital Humanities Software Development

Hi, I'm Rainer. I create software for digital humanists.

I help Digital Humanities researchers, DH labs, museums, libraries, and archives build tools for exploring, analyzing, managing and publishing complex cultural data.

Developing a digital edition? Evaluating IIIF infrastructure? Planning a grant proposal? I translate research needs into practical, sustainable technology.

What I Do

I work with clients at every stage of the software development lifecycle: from requirements gathering and technology assessment, to architecture, UX design, implementation, to system integration, product launch and operations.
